Yes, but you only have 2 hours from the time of order placement. This is due to the fact that our fulfilment service only gives us a 2 hour window to cancel and after that we can’t stop the items being shipped. To cancel an order you must either do so through the “Cancel Order” button on your order confirmation page or through the “Edit or Cancel Order” link in the order confirmation email we send you immediately after purchase. Search “Order confirmed – Receipt Inside” in your email to find the correct email or check your junk folder if you can’t find it.
Once have have cancelled your order, our system will automatically issue a refund. Depending on your bank/credit card provider, this may take 5 or more business days to show on your statement.
